Every action will have a consequence in Baldur's Gate 3, and you won't be able to get away with just anything in the game. The game has a living and breathing world, full of characters who will see and react to the various things you do, including murder. Should you get a little too eager for bloodshed and start going on several killing sprees, eventually your reputation will precede you.
