Borrowed from the universe of Dungeons & Dragons, there are tons of Status Conditions, buffs, debuffs, and permanent bonuses in Baldur's Gate 3, and it can be a hard task keeping track of them all while playing the game. While Larian has done an admirable job of explaining all in-game mechanics via their ever-expanding tooltips, some jargon is still hard to figure out if you're not already familiar with the concept from D&D.
